The occupancy function generates daily occupant count profiles and calculates typical occupant arrival and departure times.

The occupancy function requires at least one (1) CSV file containing Wi-Fi device count data or only one (1) CSV file containing motion detection data. To run the function, upload your data in the corresponding form below. The first form (Wi-Fi device count) takes in Wi-Fi device count data, and the second form (Motion detection) takes in motion detection data. For information about input data and the required format for this function, see inputs.

NOTE: Statistical artifacts resulting from 'always-on' devices (ex. Wi-Fi enabled printers, smart plugs) may produce inaccurate results. If known approximately, consider entering the number of 'always-on' devices per floor to be subtracted from the device counts. Otherwise, this value will be calculated automatically.
